The short version
We collect the contact details you give us through the contact form, and basic technical information needed to run this website. We do not sell your information, we set no cookies, and we run no advertising trackers on this site. This policy covers the website and our contact list; any work we do for you is governed by the agreement you receive before it begins.
Who we are
This website is operated by Dobler Data Solutions, LLC (“Dobler Data Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, 550 N Reo St, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33609.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@doblerdata.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and keep this site running.
- Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your first and last name and your work email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company and job title.
- Where your visit came from. When you arrive, the site notes the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as
utm_source), the page that referred you, and the page you landed on. This stays in your browser’s session storage, is cleared when you close the tab, and is sent to us only if you submit the contact form, so we know which of our articles or campaigns brought you. - Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this site is not directed at children.
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies on this website.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Reply to you, and if we work together, to set up that work.
- Operate, secure, and improve this website.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our contact list. They process information subject to their agreements with us and their own privacy obligations:
| Provider | Purpose | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and delivery | Technical request data |
| Google Fonts | Delivering the typeface the site uses | Technical request data |
| Constant Contact | Our contact list and email communication | The details you submit through the contact form, and where your visit came from |
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Retention
We keep your contact details for as long as we are in contact with you, or until you ask us to remove you. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the limited information needed to honor that request, so you are not accidentally added back later. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link in that email.
- Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just ask.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you additional rights regarding your personal information. Where required by applicable law, we will honor those rights. Email us and we will act on it.
Legal bases for processing. Where applicable law requires us to identify one: we process contact-form information because you asked us to contact you; correspondence because it is necessary to respond to you; and technical information as necessary for the security and operation of this site.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we deliberately hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.
International transfers
Dobler Data Solutions is based in the United States, and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries in which they operate. As a result, your information may be processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those in your own country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and business evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. This policy replaces the one published with the previous version of this website.
